Zoomy Leisure Push Trike Assembly Guide

It should take about 5-10 minutes to assemble your new Zoomy Leisure Push Trike. No tools other than what’s provided in the box are required.  Please follow the steps outlined below to assemble your new trike quickly and safely. Remove all items from box.  Carefully remove and dispose of packaging.

Insert the fork into the front wheel.

Insert Mudguard onto fork until it clicks into place.

Insert fork into frame. Silver button on fork should be pointing towards the rear.

Insert basket over fork.

Install handlebars.

Pay particular attention to assemble the handlebars the right way around.  Once assembled, it is quite difficult to remove and reassemble the handlebars.

Insert seat onto seat post.

Insert screw & washer into underside of seat post and tighten using the Allen key.

Assemble rear basket.

Insert bolt through underside, put seat on top then fasten using hand screw.

Insert rear wheels into frame.

Insert Parent Push Bar into post.

Remove rubber cap and put somewhere safe. Later when you want to take the handlebar off, the cap should be put back in place to cover sharp edges.

Install Cup Holder.

Assemble Safety Gate.

Install hood.

Your trike is now fully assembled.
